Mr. Bindley is a motion picture director and president of Heartland Films, a film and commercial production company based in Los Angeles. Heartland Films works with such companies as Columbia Pictures, HBO Pictures, and 20th Century Fox. Mr. Bindley is a member of the Institute of Private Investors and was a board member of Bindley Western.

Mr. Bindley is a graduate of Northwestern University and received his master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School.
